1st fall walk among the cemetery

My first walk of the fall season through a local cemetery a favorite of mine,im always finding new shots and things to photograph at Evergreen memorial cemetery located on 14th street in Riverside,Ca.Most of what I photogaphed this time were things others left behind has a few of the smaller things seem worn and weathered its makes me happy to see them like that,because I no they have been left behind by loved ones and others have had enough respect to leave them.

Recently ive seen this Angel which was placed not to long ago I hope the same respect is taken with this too.

while walking through I had to take a second glance has the stone said BOBO tho with a slight edit i added the period.Has to say Bob.O which happens to be may name.Kinda eerie to see your own name in a cemetery. 

in this particular cemetery there are many benches which have the names of those laid to rest marked on them.

Evergreen memorial cemetery

My love for cemeteries has grown alot this past year exploring cemeteries has always been fun to me but recently ive found more peace and a urge to get out more.Exploring cemeteries and seeing the history and old stones to the animals I see living in them is a thrill almost the same feelings I get from exploring abandoned places.Tho I much feel calm and take my time when strolling through the cemetery im at.Growing up in Riverside ive always had the pleasure to see evergreen cemetery and have been here in its older days when the grass was dead and the small pickers would stick to your socks,there was no green gate surrounding the property and its seem abit sad.Over the years its been gated and cared for and people are welcome to enjoy it.

Coming back from work one day has I pass through the middle of the cemetery coming home I took a detour into the cemetery and notices all the concrete benches and said "I have to get back here and shoot these"about two weeks later I did.

Funny thing is ive been to the cemetery and never went to this area never seen all the seats was abit excited to see them all .

Looking forward to heading back to photograph the rest of the cemetery soon has there is some nice uprights.Feel free to follow me on Google + to see my future post

Cemetery Gas mask

Had a photoshoot sched today but didnt happen so I pondered for abit thinking "now what"and headed for the cemetery.Went to the 14th street cemetery(Evergreen memorial cemetery)here in Riverside California and broke out the gas mask and took a few shots also went to an abandoned place ive been meaning to check out Images of that in a future post.
